Mystic Portal is an expert-level downhill-only track. It is basically one line in three sections, and the middle jump section was refreshed in 2025.
The middle section is 2-3m wide, allowing for dual take-offs for each feature: one steeper, poppier take-off over gaps and the other side being mellower with case pads.
Total Trail Solutions was the contractor for the rebuild, working with Mystic Portal Trail Builders for the design of the features. The community funded this refresh through Trails Wellington.
On-going maintenance will be with Mystic Portal Trail Builders.
